Resources

Having a Membership scheme (e.g. Friends of…) can be a way of building strong, long-lasting support for your group or organisation.
Trading - selling goods or services - can generate unrestricted income for your group or organisation. This income can be used towards running costs, to subsidise existing projects, or to set up new projects and services.
Fundraising events can generate significant income for your group or organisation, but they can also be costly and time-consuming. Download our guide to running a successful event.
Securing monthly donations by direct debit can be a sustainable way to grow your group’s income.
Crowd funding is an increasingly popular way to raise funds within LGBT+ communities. Trans groups have been particularly effective at using crowd funding, perhaps because of the barriers they have faced with other kinds of fundraising.
