The ICT Hub has commissioned The Consortium to reach out to LGBT groups and organisations throughout the UK, to find out what their ICT needs are, and show them where the necessary support is available. This has included engaging with LGBT groups in consultations, and in an online survey, to find out what they think could help them. From this, workshop events have been arranged to show such groups where the help is available.

I have found it surprising to notice that so many groups who thought they were ‘experts’ can find really useful information on the ICT Hub website, and just as surprising to notice that those people who thought they couldn’t do a thing are a lot more capable than they thought!”
