The focus of the day will be how to reach LGBT individuals and increase their positive involvement as Volunteers. With workshops looking at removing barriers to LGBT people that are disabled and from BAME communities.

The day will run from 10:00am to 4:30pm, with specialists from the LGBT, BAME LGBT and disabled communities providing insight into increasing the reach of your volunteering opportunities. There will be resources available for both LGBT and non-LGBT specific organisations in helping you engage with and retain LGBT volunteers; as well as an opportunity to learn more about our Volunteer brokerage service.
