We provide counselling and psychotherapy to individuals and couples that are experiencing issues with depression, anxiety, sexuality, sexual identity, relationships. We offer a low-cost service for  those on benefits or can prove they are on a low-income. There is a sliding scale for our Low-Cost services on our website Therapy and Fees

We do specialise in psychodynamic counselling and psychotherapy for those within the LGBTQ+ community, however, we do not discriminate in helping any person seeking counselling/ therapy – all are welcome at Albany Trust.

Therapy sessions: Monday - Friday 8 am to 9 pm. Saturday 9 am to 4 pm.
