Our core purpose is to develop the capacity of the local LGBT community and to influence those organisations and services which affect the quality of life of its members. Birmingham LGBT seeks to reinvigorate the city's diverse lesbian, gay and bisexual communities through community engagement, advocacy and lobbying. we prioritise the promotion and development of services in birmingham which meet the needs of gay men and lesbians who are younger, older and/or from black and asian backgrounds.
