to promote the benefit of members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual & transgendered community within the london borough of enfield and surrounding areas (the beneficiaries) by associating together local authorities, voluntary bodies and the said beneficiaries in a common effort to advance education and relieve poverty, hardship and distress among the beneficiaries, with the object of improving their conditions of life. (2) to promote such other general charitable purposes for the benefit of the lesbian, gay, bisexual & transgendered community within the london borough of enfield and surrounding areas as the trustees shall from time to time determine.
