Kroma

The aims of Kroma are:

  • To bring together those who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, alternative or a friend of these communities in a diverse and equal environment, without prejudice.
  • To promote a socially supportive environment, recreational activities, mutual support and joint aid among our members.
  • To promote awareness of LGBT community issues and concerns.
  • To promote awareness to other organisations.
  • To provide a network for mutual support for people who have lived through actively homophobic, transphobic, biphobic times, and still find these attitudes among some people.

We provide social meetups across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight  and a support meetup at Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth for staff, patients and visitors.

One of our meetups is Fratton Fever, Portsmouth FC LGBT+ Supporters Club, providing a safe way for football supporters to attend matches.

We are a recognised Hate Crime Third Party Reporting Centre and work with local statutory partners and organisations.
