QTIP a Community Interest Company

 

We work with public, and private sector sevice providers to improve gender diversity inclusion, through training and consultation.

We are working with schools to offer:

1)  support for transitioning students/ parents/ carers/  staff;

2)  consultation and training for schools;

3) gender-diversity awareness workshops, advocacy, and student support.

 

We work with healthcare providers to offer:

1) Consultation, training  and awareness specific to their services;

2) Support & advocacy to trans staff and patients.

 

We work with community safety and police authorities to offer:

1) Consultation, training and awareness specific the area;

2) Support & advocacy to trans staff, and prisoners;

3) Community support and advocacy for trans members of our communities.

 

We work with private sector businesses and offer:

1) Consultation on gender-diversity, employees right and employers responsibility;

2) Advocacy and support to trans staff;

3) Raising awareness in the work community.

 

We work collaboratively with other groups, professionals and organisations providing services to trans people.

Where we are unable to provide a service, we will signpost service providers and service users to other appropriate LGBTQ lead organisations.

We work with the Trans Forum* to develop resources and opportunities which benefit the trans community collectively and personally.

 

*The Trans Forum welcomes all gender non-conforming adults.
