Spectrum is here to inform, consult, involve, build, represent and respect the lgbt community in brighton & hove. lgbt individuals and groups in brighton and hove have worked tirelessly over a number of years, often with little support or recognition. for too long, the lgbt community has been overlooked by mainstream service providers and policy makers. spectrum aims to change all that by: ? connecting the different lgbt individuals, groups, organisations and businesses in brighton & hove ? enabling the lgbt community to prioritise work and resources working in partnership with service providers, to get lgbt issues on to key agendas ? giving the lgbt community an accountable and representative voice
