LGBT Employment Legal Advice Surgery

Tuesday, June 26, 2018 - 18:00 to 20:00

Pamela McColl has recently linked up with Suzanne Moore and the LGBT Foundation to provide legal advice to individuals from the LGBT community.

4th Tuesday of each month;

  • 6-7pm appointments only.
  • 7-8pm (drop in).

Pam's career changed after training to be a solicitor, having previously worked for the Employment Tribunal (ET) and Acas. She initially joined a large regional law firm as a solicitor specialising in employment law, using her past experience working for the ET and Acas to the full. After moving firms a couple more times, Pam ultimately becoming Head of Employment Law at a Manchester firm, which enabled her to add legal management and commercial experience to her extensive employment law knowledge.

Pam established her own niche law firm, ConwayMcColl Solicitors in May 2012. Since that time she has grown her business advising employees, former employees and employer's. Along with her growing team at ConwayMcColl Solicitors, Pam advises on all aspects of employment law, in particular unfair dismissal, exit negotiations, Settlement Agreements and all types of discrimination as it relates to employment law.

This service operates every fourth Tuesday of the month, with appointment systems which must be pre-booked at 6pm and 6.30pm. There is a drop-in session from 7pm until 8pm, where no appointment is necessary at the LGBT Foundation in Manchester's gay village.
