LGBT Family and Relationship Legal Advice Surgery

The LGBT Foundation Family and Relationship Legal Advice Surgery, in partnership with O'Neill Patient Solicitors LLP, provide free, confidential guidance and information on a range of family and relationship law issues, at a monthly drop-in service.

2nd Tuesday of each month;

  • 6-7pm (appointments only).
  • 7-8pm (drop in).

Suzanne Moore has worked with LGBT Foundation for many years. She is a well respected solicitor in her field and delivers the Legal Advice Surgery on the second Tuesday of every month at the LGBT Foundation's Community Resource Centre in Manchester. Suzanne co-wrote "Civil Partnerships - everything lesbians & gay men need to know", and "A guide to your legal rights for lesbian, gay and bisexual people."

Suzanne can advise on all relationship/family matters including pre-nuptial agreements, divorce/dissolution, cohabitee disputes and matters relating to children including issues arising under the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act, donor agreements and child arrangement orders.
