An Evening with LGBT Campaigner Troy Perry

Troy will share about his life and his over 40 years as an LGBT Campaigner.
 
Troy was the first openly gay person to serve on the Los Angeles County Commission on

 Human Relations.  In 1978 he was honoured by the American Civil Liberties Union Lesbian and Gay Rights Chapter with its Humanitarian Award.  He has been awarded honorary doctorates from Episcopal Divinity School, Samaritan College, and Sierra University and was honoured by the Gay Press Association with its Humanitarian Award.
