Harri Weeks: Stakeholder Engagement Manager for the National LGB&T Partnership

Harri joined Consortium in 2015 as the Stakeholder Engagement Manager for The National LGB&T Partnership, a collaboration between 11 LGBT Sector organisations, working together to reduce health inequalities and improve access to health and social care for LGB&T people through membership of the Health and Wellbeing Alliance. Harri works to inform and challenge the health and social care sector at a strategic level, acting as a catalyst and connector.

Harri has worked in the Education and Health sectors for over 12 years, within sector infrastructure and oversight bodies, front-line organisations, and as an independent consultant, always specialising in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, with a particular focus on LGBTQ communities, gender, intersections of identity, and engagement with less-heard communities.

Harri is based in Brighton and London, and enjoys both cooking and eating out, tending their ever-growing collection of house plants, reading books on the train and spending time by the sea.
