The overall aim of the Boys and Young Men Project is to work closely with boys and young men aged 11 to 19 years old in order to facilitate positive changes in behaviour and attitudes about relationships and sex. The project addresses issues including sexual health, healthy relationships, contraception, attitudes to gender and sexuality, consent, communication, domestic violence and fatherhood.

The Trust & Foundation Fundraising Officer is responsible for the development and delivery of an annual plan to achieve a key portion of the organisation’s one million pound turnover as well as developing long-term relationships with key funders to secure repeat, sustainable funding.

The post-holder will work across the organisation to develop compelling cases for support for funders, whilst managing a portfolio of larger trusts and foundations.
