Fundamental Rights Agency: Multi-Annual Framework
The Ministry of Justice is gathering views from stakeholders to inform their consideration of the proposal for a new multi-annual framework for the Fundamental Rights Agency to cover 2013-2017. The proposal has been put forward by the European Commission and negotiations will be starting in Brussels shortly.

Management of HIV-infected Healthcare Workers
The national guidance which presently restricts healthcare workers infected with HIV from performing invasive clinical procedures has been reviewed by a joint working group of the Expert Advisory Group on AIDS. This consultation seeks views on recommendations from the working group for changes to the current policy on HIV-infected healthcare workers.
