Free Fundraising Training Days

Thanks to support from The National Lottery Community Fund and LGBT partners, we're offering free fundraising training days across the UK during Spring 2019.

Each session will be tailored to the needs of participants, but may include:

Becoming funding ready, Choosing the best types of fundraising for your group, Writing a quick & easy fundraising strategy, What funders and donors want to know, Grant opportunities, Bid-writing, Corporate support, Digital (online) fundraising, Individual donors...

You can tell us what you'd like to learn via the booking form. 

The training is suitable for volunteers, trustees and staff from small to medium-sized LGBT organisations, groups or projects.

Dates and places:

  • Saturday 16th February - Leeds (Yorkshire Mesmac, Blayd's Yard, LS1) - ALREADY TAKEN PLACE
  • Saturday 9th March - London (The Bridge, Southwark Bridge Road, SE1) - ALREADY TAKEN PLACE
  • Saturday 30th March - Brighton (Friends Centre, New England Street, BN1) - ALREADY TAKEN PLACE
  • Friday 5th April - Manchester (LGBT Foundation, Richmond Street, M1) FULL
  • Friday 12th April - Exeter (CoLab, King William Street, EX4) Email to book

Each day will run from approximately 10am - 4pm 

Booking your place is essential as space is limited. Maximum 2 people from each organisation, group or project. 

Lunch & refreshments provided. We can cover local travel costs.

All venues are wheelchair accessible and have an accessible toilet. If you have additional needs, please let us know via the booking form or contact if you prefer.
