International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia & Transphobia

Wednesday, May 17, 2017 - 10:45

Since 2014, May 17th has been globally recognised as IDAHOBiT - International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia & Transphobia.

Annually recognised in 137 countries, IDAHOBiT aims to draw the attention of decision makers, the media, the public, leaders and local authorities to the alarming situation faced by LGBTQ+ people and all those who do not conform to majority sexual and gender norms.

IDOHBiT's 2017 theme is 'family' and while we recognise that family can mean many different things to different people and communities we thought we would highlight some of our family focused Members - click on the group to be taken to their Directory listing.
