Consortium has today launched it’s LGBT+ Common Outcomes Framework. Consortium has been working with Traverse and 6 of our Members (MindOut, Yorkshire MESMAC, The Intercom Trust, Stonewall Housing, Tonic Living and the LGBT Foundation) to create a common framework for how we as an LGBT+ sector articulate what it is we want to capture when talking about our work.
This document is just the start and we hope LGBT+ organisations will engage with it and start to frame how they talk about their work under the 5 outcome areas identified. We are open to hearing organisation’s thoughts and ideas for refining this and encourage people to get in touch with us with those thoughts.
Consortium is committed to embedding this Framework within all our work and will be using it as the basis for our next Strategic Planning process. We will also be using the 5 outcome areas to help define community narratives as we develop messaging for the development of an LGBT+ Fund.
