LGBTQ+ Youth Service: Community Support Worker

We have an exciting new opportunity to join Free2B and help deliver our growing services for LGBTQ+ young people.

The Community Support Worker will contribute to the delivery of our LGBTQ+ youth provision:

  • Providing a 1:1 mentoring service across a number of community and education settings. Offering a safe space for young people to explore their situations and develop the necessary skills and strategies to manage the difficulties they face.  
  • Delivering awareness training to promote LGBTQ+ equality through inclusion
  • Supporting young people to access appropriate group provisions

£24,570 (pro rata)
21 hours per week
Working across Merton and Wandsworth Boroughs
