Partnership Development Manager

For the last thirty years, Stonewall has been working to achieve equality for lesbian, gay, bi and trans people.

As a charity we rely on the generosity of private individuals, communities and organisations. Without it, none of what we do would be possible.

The Fundraising Team at Stonewall inspires the public and our existing supporters to play their part in working towards acceptance without exception, as an individual, as part of a community or as part of an organisation, by contributing voluntary income to Stonewall.

Join us as our Partnership Development Manager and support the Fundraising Department and our Workplace Teams by developing strategic relationships with organisations that are committed to creating more inclusive workplaces and supporting Stonewall’s mission of acceptance without exception for LGBT people in the UK and abroad.  Reporting to the Head of Corporate Partnerships you’ll work with organisations that are members of our Diversity Champions programme to develop bespoke partnerships leveraging all of Stonewall’s offers to businesses including, brand, strategic, commercial and philanthropic partnership opportunities.

Based in the Fundraising team, the department raises more than c.£5m per year and is the largest income-generating team in the charity. To be ready to hit the ground running, you’ll have demonstrable experience of effective influencing and negotiation with a background in sales or business development in order to meet and exceed challenging business targets and deliverables in a private or third sector environment.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced Partnership Manager who has a talent for developing and delivering impactful long-term partnerships through collaboration and effective stakeholder engagement, as well as a passion for bringing about positive change to the LGBT community across the UK and abroad.

We welcome applications from everyone and actively seek a diverse range of applicants, so if you have the right mix of skills and experience and a passion for LGBT equality, we want to hear from you. Please complete and return the application and recruitment analysis form by 9.30am on Wednesday 14th August 2019. Interviews will follow on Tuesday 20th August 2019.
