The Kite Trust is Cambridgeshire’s leading organisation working with LGBT+ young people. 

The chairty is seeking an exceptional person to lead the team that takes the vision forward into an exciting future. This is a great time to join a charity with a strong local and national profile, with exciting plans to expand services to reach more LGBT+ young people across the county, increase our schools and training services and establish ourselves as the lead LGBT+ charity in the East of England.
In 2020, the Charity will embark on a new 3 year strategy and are looking for an experienced leader to facilitate and realise its development and delivery.

They are looking for someone with proven experience of strategic leadership, empowering staff and volunteers, and growing programmes or services to deliver at scale.
