Fundraising Officer

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the fundraising team at one of the UK’s leading interfaith organisations.

As a Fundraising Officer, you’ll help make a real difference by raising vital funds for our work to build understanding between people of different faiths, beliefs and cultures.

You will work closely with our fundraising team across a variety of projects and initiatives to help us secure income and manage our fundraising portfolio.

In this role you will be working on a broad range of fundraising projects like delivering high-profile fundraising events, liaising with Trusts, Foundations and Major Donors as well as working with colleagues to organise community fundraising initiatives. You will be part of a dynamic fundraising team which has enabled the organisation to grow year on year for the last three years.

This is a new role, so as well as supporting our existing fundraising activities, we’re excited for you to bring your own enthusiasm and ideas to the team, and in doing so contribute to the future direction of our work for years to come. The person we’re looking for will be proactive and able to take forward new fundraising campaigns, as well as use their strong administrative skills to keep track of existing projects.

This is an exciting time to be joining a growing organisation working to build positive and lasting relations between people in a climate where this work has arguably never been more important.
