Philip Moir: Engagement & Information Officer

Philip joined the team at the beginning of 2015, filling the new role of Administration and Information Officer. Since then, Philip's role has developed extensively to reflect the important work he has been involved with in developing and supporting our ever increasing and diverse Membership.

Philip, once a volunteer with Consortium, comes from an administrative background and has an excellent track record in developing and implementing new systems of working. He also has a wealth of knowledge and experience with setting up and running successful social media campaigns. Philip has previous experience of being a Trustee for Exeter Pride, where he served his final two years as Treasurer and helped to establish Exeter Pride as one of the largest Pride events in the South West.

Philip lives in Exeter with his partner Neil and their two adorable rescue guinea pigs, Goose & Tarquin. In his spare time, Philip loves to cook and create interesting new dishes, which aren’t always to Neil’s liking! Once a keen runner, participating in many running events across the UK and Ireland, Philip now prefers the more sedate lifestyle and enjoys nothing more than catching up with friends over a beverage at their local.
