Please arrive between 3.30pm and 3.45pm to check-in. We will have a dedicated check-in area opposite the main bar on the lower level. You will be greeted by members of the GaySocial team, who will check you in and make sure you are all set for the event. You do not need to show a ticket, as we will have a guestlist printed.

Brewdog Waterloo provide Duckpin Bowling, which is similar to, but not the same as, Tenpin bowling. Duckpin bowling has smaller pins and lighter balls, making it a fun, fast-paced game.

You will get to bowl with other friendly gay guys in an attitude-free and clique-free group. It will be a great opportunity to socialise, have fun and make some new friends!
PING PONG PARTY & TABLE TENNIS:
Once bowling is finished, we will relocate to the in-house Tennis table lounge. We will have an experienced Ping Pong games guru, who will be running fun and quirky Ping Pong party games; such as round the world, tornado and target.
In addition, we will also have other tables available that will not be hosted, and can be used for more regular table tennis.
IF YOU ARE NEW….
If you’re new, then you are very welcome to come along and join! Just buy a ticket and find us in the venue on the night and you’ll receive a warm welcome!
Your bowling ability, or lack of it, is not something to be embarrassed about when joining us, as we mainly play for fun, to have a laugh and to be social.
JOIN US…
…ON YOUR OWN: Don’t be worried about coming along on your own. You won’t be left feeling like billy-no-mates! We will make sure you’re in a group with others who, like you, found the courage to come along unaccompanied and join in the fun. …WITH A FRIEND OR TWO OR MORE: Grab a friend or two and bring them along for a great evening out. We can make sure you bowl together – simply let us know at check-in when we put you on the bowling allocation list.

Out and Proud Parents Day
July 30th is Out and Proud Parents Day where we ask Proud Parents of LGBTQI+ children to come out and be role models within their community. We understand the importance of parental role models within communities helping other parents accept their LGBTQI+ children.
What happens on 30th July?
On this day, every year, we invite proud parents of LGBTQI+ children (all ages), from all backgrounds, to stand up and come out publicly as Proud Parents so we can celebrate them and their love for their LGBTQI+ children.
On social media, using the hashtag #OutAndProudParentsDay, we ask parents to share videos, photos or messages from themselves affirming their love and acceptance towards their LGBTQI+ child. By using the hashtag #OutAndProudParentsDay in each post we can bring all the messages together to help create a huge wave of positive love and LGBTQI+ acceptance.
What’s the objective?
The objective of the day is to create parental role models within communities, to help inspire other parents of LGBTQI+ children to become more understanding and accepting of their own children.
Any parent who needs a help, guidance, or a positive role model can follow the #OutAndProudParentsDay to meet and learn from a growing number of proud parents.
In 2021 we reached nearly 1.7 million people with the annual campaign.

London Bisexuals Monthly Pub Social
Our group’s regular bar social on the fourth Thursday every month, in a Soho bar. Great for new members; very friendly, relaxed atmosphere, definitely social, fun, and happy; not meat-market, just informal chat and optional drinks. Come say hi and hang out!
This is our main regular event. All bi+ people welcome (so including pansexual, queer etc.), plus supportive partners, anyone bi-curious/questioning, and practicing allies – no biphobia, racism, transphobia or other bigotry allowed! If you have extra needs or questions, please get in touch via Meetup messaging/social media.
Who/what to expect…
Pre-pandemic pub meets were 30-40 people, we’re gradually returning to near those numbers again; there will be a good mix of regulars and first-timers (roughly half and half – always a lot of new faces every time), genders (not too far from an even split of men/women, a few of whom might be trans, & non-binary people welcome too), a mix of ethnicities similar to or more diverse than the London population, and some neurodiversity (not all neurotypical people). The odd couple/+1 too.
This keeps it fresh and friendly to all – regulars chat to new folk. New members won’t be the only new person (by a long way) so you shouldn’t feel left out. If you turn up after the start and it looks like everyone already knows everyone – it only seems like that; its just how friendly we are. We finish late so we’re used to people coming and going through the evening.
Most people arrive within the first hour, it’s busiest at 9-9.30pm but a crowd is around til at least 10pm, often later (quite often 5-10 people stay til after 11, nearer midnight).
Official events are always posted on our Meetup(.com) group (not always elsewhere).
